... a collection of permissions allocated to a user to control the management tasks they can and cannot perform for the network in the RM Management Console.
You can also move a user by dragging and dropping them into the new folder (on the same server), or by choosing Move from the Tasks menu.
This simplifies your tasks by letting you manage the user folder rather than individual user accounts.
Click the Users icon and, from the list of tasks, select 'View a user's home area'.
