Users can have different properties from other users in the same folder.
To manage a user's printer creditsFrom the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
To allow or prevent a user changing their passwordFrom the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.

A user template is associated with each user folder; it contains a common set of user properties that users added to the folder will inherit.
