From the left-hand pane, expand 
Software and then choose 
Windows Updates.
From the right-hand pane, in the Testing section, click the Install Test Updates button.
You can override the Windows update schedule on the computers in your test group by choosing to install immediately all updates that have been approved for testing. When you do this, the Windows update agent on each test computer is forced to contact the WSUS server and check for pending updates.
From the left-hand pane, expand Software and then choose Windows Updates.
From the right-hand pane, in the Testing section, click the Install Test Updates button.
All updates in the Approved For Testing list are installed onto all the computers in the test group.
