Quick access to the most useful RM Unify documents.
The RM Unify service status - the place to go if you suspect any issues with the current RM Unify service, and for information on planned maintenance that may affect the future RM Unify service.
RM Unify Trello board - an overview of the most recently introduced, and future, RM Unify features.
Access to the RM Knowledge Library - a library of RM Unify self-help documentation.
In addition to the RM Unify support portal, RM Unify Premium customers can also raise support calls with the RM Unify Support team.
Existing RM customers should raise RM Unify queries/issues with their normal RM support team.
New RM customers should follow this link for information on how to raise queries/issues with the RM Unify support team.
RM Unify Standard subscription
Customers who have the RM Unify standard subscription will get access to all of the support resources above, with the only exception being that they do not have the ability to raise support calls with the RM Unify Support team.
