You can allocate printer credits to a user or users from the User Properties Printer Credits tab.
To enable or disable Internet access for a userFrom the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
You can also choose to allow your list to be visible to other users (a public list).
For example, the Users option provides access to the All Users list, and the Computers option provides access to the All Computers list.
