In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Tidy Database.
It is a good idea to do this from time to time while carrying out management tasks.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Run Command.
If the chart shows that the database is almost full, you should run the necessary database maintenance tasks to reduce its size.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Take Restore Image.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Display Message.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Run Command.

NoteYou can also redeliver a selected program set from the Tasks menu by choosing Program Set, Redeliver.
