From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Display Message.
In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Tidy Database.
You can also set Printer Credits from the Tasks menu, by choosing Users, Set Printer Credits.
