From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Take Restore Image.
The Windows Printer Manager is displayed, allowing you to perform tasks including pausing, resuming or cancelling print jobs.
In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Purge Notifications To run the task immediately, click the Run button.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu choose Tasks, Update Inventory.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the computer and from the menu, choose Tasks, Defragment.
