Edit Multiple Notes windowThis window enables you to add notes to multiple selected computers or users.
To add a noteIn the RM Management Console, do one of the following:Expand Users and choose All Users.
Shortcuts associated with packages can be added to a program set, so that they are easily accessible to users.
For example, to find users with the name Andy:From the Find drop-down list, select Users.
You can also choose to allow your list to be visible to other users (a public list).
