From the left-hand pane, expand 
Software, expand 
Windows Updates, expand the
server and choose All Updates.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the update and choose Properties.
Click OK.

The properties of an update include its title, description, classification, approval status, release date, and severity, plus the products it applies to, and any End-User Licence Agreement that applies.
From the left-hand pane, expand Software, expand Windows Updates, expand the
server and choose All Updates.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the update and choose Properties.
Click OK.
