Allowing wireless network access

When your establishment provides wireless network facilities, you can enable wireless network access. This allows a user to connect to specified wireless networks from their computer.

To allow or prevent wireless network access

From the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and from the menu, choose Properties.
Choose the Rights tab.
Under Wireless permissions:
To allow access to a specific wireless network, tick the appropriate Wireless permissions box(es).
To prevent access to a specific wireless network, clear the appropriate Wireless permissions box(es).

Click OK.

Notes

You can use the same process to manage multiple users in the same folder. First, select all of the users that you want to manage. When the tick is grey, some of the selected users can connect to the selected wireless network access, and some cannot.
User properties are also available by selecting the user and choosing in the toolbar, or by double-clicking the user in the right-hand pane.
You can also set this user property on a template.
