User properties include a user's general details, such as their username and system roles, also their registry policy and desktop privileges, disk space usage and server details, and group membership. The desktop privileges provide a user with wireless access to the network, or to specific software, for example, RM Easylink. Other privileges may be available depending on how your network and users have been set up.
To view and manage the properties for a specific user, right-click the user in the right-hand pane, and from the menu, choose Properties. Some properties can be changed for multiple users.
