User policies

Different user policies can be applied to users to define the user's desktop and working environment to control what they can and cannot do on the network, and the features and functions that are available to them.

Your RM network provides access to the following user policies:

  • To apply a user policy to users, use the RM Management Console, Users option.

  • As user policies are applied only at log on, the user interface will remain consistent throughout the user’s logon session. When a policy is changed to configure the user interface differently, the change(s) will apply to those users the next time they log on.
