Symptoms
Definition of RM Unify Single Logout (SLO)
Single Logout (SLO) in RM Unify is designed so that regardless of where the user signs out from (in RM Unify, or directly in an authenticated app), all active sessions should be ended. This article explains how SLO in RM Unify can be achieved on the Safari and Firefox browsers through configuration settings.
Symptoms
You are using the Safari or Firefox browser and signing out of RM Unify is not resulting in your RM Unify authenticated app sessions being singed out. Or, signing out of an RM Unify authenticated app session does not result in the sign-out of your RM Unify account.
Cause
The web browser has not been configured to allow third-party cookie sharing for the RM Unify domain.
Requirements
The guides listed in the Procedure section below focus on how configuration can be applied at the central management level where the infrastructure is in place to apply these policies or by end users directly. Central policies should be achievable using a mobile device management solution such as Microsoft® Intune, as we have given instructions below.
RM Unify SLO Fix - Windows GPO Firefox: Covers how policies can be applied through on-premises Group Policy to the Firefox browser to allow SLO to work.
