Procedure

Check if Firefox is of the latest version
  1. In the upper-right corner of Firefox, click the menu button (three horizontal bars).
  2. Go to Help, About Firefox.
  3. Wait for the update check to complete and ensure that you see the "Firefox is up to date" message, as shown in the image below.

  1. Close the About Mozilla Firefox window.

Add the URL exception
  1. In the upper-right corner of Firefox, click the menu button (three horizontal bars). Click Settings.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click the 'Privacy & Security' option.
  3. From the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, click Manage Exceptions.
  4. In the 'Address of web site' text field at the top of the window, type the following address: https://sts.platform.rmunify.com.
  5. Click Add Exception.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Close the Settings tab.
  8. Restart the Firefox browser for the settings to take effect.
