Adobe Sign User Guide

Overview

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. It is part of the Adobe Document Cloud suite of services.

User Management

IS Team will setup accounts to get the Adobe Sign access.

Once IS created the account, you get an email from the mail ID: adobesign@adobesign.com

Accept the Invitation and enter the below details:

·         Full Name

·         Date of Birth

·         Password

·         Mobile Number

Enter the verification code you get in your mobile.

Select Request Signatures

Fill the below form with the details:

·         Recipient mail

·         Message

·         File

Select Preview & Add Signatures Fields and select Next

Add Signatures and other details as below and send:

Recipient will get a mail as below:

  • Send an email to AAISOperations@rm.com

  • ESI Helpdesk Number - 0471-2566111 / 222 from your Indian Mobile/Landline & reach-out to IS Service Desk
  • Login to RMI & Chat with IS Engineer in IS Online Page or Raise an eForm

  • Log the ticket via eForm by using the Staffware link *
  • Use the IS Webchat from RMi to chat with Ops engineer.
