How to contact Google Workspace Support

Symptoms

You have a query or issue with Google Workspace functionality, which is not related to the federation with RM Unify. For example, a question regarding Gmail filtering, or mailbox size. A query regarding how to configure drive permissions, or the usage of Classroom, Google Workspace licences etc.


Requirements

You must have access to a Google Workspace administrator account.


Procedure

Go to the following Google page - https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en and follow the instructions there to contact Google via phone, chat or via email.

You also have access to the customer forums, administrator help center and Google Workspace Status Dashboard.

The Google page does refer to a 'Google Workspace (paid) Admin', but educational establishments have non-profit accounts and are therefore eligible for free support.
