The person within your establishment that registers for an RM Unify account will be sent a 'Welcome to RM Unify' email, which contains your site's URL and the RM Unify administrator username and password (see example screenshot below). The URL will be something like https://<sitename>.rmunify.com where sitename is the name of your establishment. This email also contains a link to the quick start guide (see DWN3207672 in the Other Useful Articles section below) and information on where you can get help.

When you place an order for Microsoft® 365™ (M365), you will be sent an email from the order coordination team telling you how to register with Microsoft for a Microsoft 365 tenancy agreement and what tasks you need to complete before the migration. This email contains links to the following articles, which guide you through the process.
