Procedure

Overview

AdobeŽ refers to transactional licensing program and cumulative licensing program customers as Adobe Open Options (AOO) customers. These customers can use the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) to view Adobe software licences, contracts and orders for Adobe software and maintenance. They can also use Adobe LWS to obtain serial numbers, redeem coupons for software upgrades, generate reports and accomplish several other tasks.
Note: Once you have placed an order for Adobe software, Adobe sends the confirmation email (along with the download steps) to the email address provided while placing the order.

To access the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS)
  1. Open your web browser and go to https://licensing.adobe.com.
  2. In the Adobe ID (Email Address) field, enter the Adobe ID or email address.
  3. In the Password field, enter the password.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Trouble signing in?' link.
  5. In the Adobe ID (Email Address) field, enter the Adobe ID or email address and then click 'Reset my password'. This will prompt Adobe LWS to email your login and a new password to you; this may take up to 30 minutes.
  6. Once logged on, you will be prompted to change your password. Passwords must contain eight characters, with at least one letter, one number and one symbol.
