Users > Managing users > Delete files to users
You can delete a single file from selected users. For example, a teacher can use this function to remove completed homework assignments from students' home folders.
From the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
From the right-hand pane, select the user(s) to remove the file from.
Right-click the selected user(s) and, from the menu, choose Delete File.
In the File section:
To specify the file to delete, type the full path and name of the file. Alternatively, click the Browse button, then find the file to delete and click Open.
To specify the folder to delete the file from, type the full path and name of the folder. Alternatively, click the Select button, then find the required folder and click OK.
In the Users section, click the Add button.
Under 'Select items to add', expand the tree view until you can choose your required users, for example, Students.
From the 'Available items' list, select the users you want and then click the > button, or double-click each user. Alternatively, to add all available users, click the >> button.
Click OK.
In the Users section, select the user(s) to remove.
Click the Remove button.
To finish, click the OK button on the File Deletion window.
