Changing shortcuts included in a program set

You can add and remove shortcuts in a program set.

To change shortcuts included in a program set

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Software icon Software and choose Picture of the Program Sets icon Program Sets.

  2. From the right-hand pane, right-click the program set and from the menu, choose Properties.

  3. Choose the Shortcuts tab.

  4. In the Available list, either choose Shortcut Bank, or choose Shortcuts in Packages and select an application package to display its associated shortcut(s).

  5. To add shortcuts to the program set, from the Available list, select the required shortcut(s) and click the > button.

  6. To remove shortcuts from the program set, from the Contents list select the shortcut(s) and click the < button.

  7. Click OK.

Notes

  • You can also add shortcuts to a program set from the RM Management Console Start page. Click the Software icon and from the list of tasks, select 'Add a shortcut to a program set'.

  • You can add shortcuts to the Shortcut Bank if you wish.

  • You can also drag-and-drop shortcuts from the Available list into the Contents list.
