The Computer Activity Detailed Report analyses how one computer (or a small group of computers) has been used over a period of time. The Report lists when users logged on and off the computer. It also provides a variety of other information about how much the computer was used and the programs that were run.
I want to find out if a group of computers in a particular room are being utilised fully.
The Computer Activity Summary Report summarises how a group of computers is being used. It provides both the total and average amount of time the computers were in use and which programs were run.
Note
Some of the data about users contained in Computer Reports can only be collected if the computer was shut down and restarted following the Report Period.
