Symptoms
You are invited to sign up to RM Unify and you received a customised 'Sign up' page URL to use, e.g. https://rmunify.com/signup?orderplaced=1&custnum=12345. When you click to submit the completed form, an error message appears as below:
"Sorry but an unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please refresh the page and try again."

Cause
This can occur when an RM Unify establishment is already associated with your RM account.
