Procedure
Log on to the SQL database using SQL Server Management Studio.
Expand Groupcall and right-click Security.
Click New, Login.
In the left-hand pane, click General.
Enter a login name (i.e., sa, Groupcall or STUD_ADMIN) and click the 'SQL Server authentication' radio button.
Enter a password.
Clear the 'Enforce password expiration' and the 'User must change password at next login' boxes.
From the 'Default database' drop-down menu, select the CMIS database (this can be any name so please double check).
In the left-hand pane, select Server Roles.
In the right-hand pane, tick the 'public' box.
In the left-hand pane, select User Mapping.
Map the CMIS database (same as the default database).
Under the 'Database role membership for: model' section, tick the 'db datareader' and 'public' boxes.
In the Select Schema window, click Browse.
Tick the STUD_ADMIN or 'sa_admin' box. If neither are available, tick the 'db_owner' box.
Click OK twice.
Download the Groupcall Xporter installer from DWN4153727 in the Other Useful Articles section below.
Run the Groupcall Xporter installer, following the installation instructions in DWN4153727.
In the Facility CMIS Login window (shown below), browse to and select the CDB file in your Facility CMIS client installation folder. Note: The CDB file is used by the Facility client to initiate a connection to the CMIS database.
Enter the username and password created in steps 1-16 above.
Ignore the Config Eportal button and click Next to complete the installation and download the RM Unify scripts.
