Procedure

Locating Have Your Say

You can find a link to Have Your Say by clicking the Contact Us section on the Support website. Alternatively:

  1. Browse to http://www.rm.com/support.
  2. From the Support Home Page on the right-hand side in the Support Portals section, click the Community Connect 4 link.
  3. In the Community Connect 4 portal, towards the bottom of the page, you will find the Have Your Say box.
  4. In the Have Your Say box, click the Let Us Know link.

This information is then analysed by the departments concerned and considered when designing new products and service releases.
