Canon warranties depend upon the product involved. Compact APS cameras, compact 35mm cameras, EOS cameras, EOS lenses, digital cameras, analogue camcorders, digital camcorders, binoculars, scanners and Bubble Jet printers (excluding A3 and portable) have a 'return to base' warranty.

Please note: Canon requires customers to pay the postage when returning products to their Service Centre.

If you are returning your Canon product it must be packed carefully for it to arrive in good condition. Include with your product your bill, the warranty details, the reason for returning the product and your name and address, so that Canon can return your product once the problem has been dealt with. Please remove any other items that are not a part of the product.

For A3 and portable Bubble Jet printers, laser printers, facsimile, All-in-Ones and personal copiers, Canon offers an on-site repairs next working day service.
