Enabling MFA for the CC5 Admin Console

Requirements

  • CC5 Admin Console credentials
  • Users of the CC5 Admin Console must have MFA configured within RM Unify, as per TEC5941143 in the Other Useful Articles section below
  • To bypass MFA for the CC5 Admin Console when accessing from the school network, an admin can configure trusted IP addresses in RM Unify, as per TEC8637174 in the Other Useful Articles section below


Procedure

  1. Sign in to https://www.rmunify.com/ManagementConsole/MultiFactorAuthenticationSettings using your CC5 admin credentials.
  2. In the Select App drop-down field, select CC5 and click Configure MFA.
  3. For each of the Roles that the app is installed for, click the radio button under Required and click Save.
