Explains what each of the app status labels mean when viewing in the RM Unify App Library.
More Information
The apps as they appear in the RM Unify App Library will be labelled according to their status, or to the actions that can be performed on them by the currently logged in user.
MANAGE: This indicates that the app has been installed for at least one user role and is also allocated (visible) to at least one Launch Pad.
INSTALL: This indicates that the app has been installed for at least one role but not yet allocated to any Launch Pads.
SET UP: This is shown on an app that has either been purchased outright or qualifies for installation as part of a specific RM Unify licence but has yet to be installed and configured. For example, you have an RM Unify Premium licence but have yet to install Google Workspace.
ON TRIAL: This indicates that the app is currently within a trial period, which usually lasts two weeks but is specific to each app.
BUY: This indicates that a licence needs to be purchased for the app before it can be installed and used.
TRIAL NOW: This indicates that the app can be trialed by your establishment for a set period before buying.
VIEW: This is shown when the logged-in user can view the details and information for the app but does not have the admin rights required to install, uninstall, or manage the app.
SEE PRICES: This is shown when the logged-in user can browse the RM Unify App Library to view the prices of the purchasable apps.
