Summary
Details a known issue where RM Unify accounts continue to be displayed, despite having their super admin rights revoked.
Symptoms
You are viewing the Group Sync Settings page and notice that there are user accounts displayed who are being suggested as group/class owners but, currently, do not have RM Unify super admin rights assigned.
Cause
These users have had super admin rights in the past, which have since been revoked. Due to a defect in the way the candidate list is compiled, the page still displays these historic super admins.
Procedure
This issue will be addressed in a future RM Unify release. Please log a support call if you wish to get the non-super admin accounts removed from the Group Sync Settings page.
