Summary
Provides a workaround to the issue of users seeing the error message "Something doesn't add up" when attempting to access RM Easimaths.
Symptoms
You try to access RM Easimaths, either by visiting the www.rmeasimaths.com website and entering your username and password, or by clicking the RM Easimaths tile once logged on to RM Unify.
You see the error message "Something doesn't add up. There is a technical problem." and are directed to return back to the RM Easimaths home page.
Cause
There may be a temporary or intermittent issue affecting the RM Easimaths platform.
Procedure
Please visit https://status.rmunify.com/, where the status of the RM Easimaths service can be viewed and where any updates on current issues are posted and updated regularly.
It is also possible to subscribe to the entire status page by clicking the 'SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES' button, or to specific updates as desired, as shown in the image below.
