Symptoms
Your RM Unify student users are accessing Microsoft® 365™, but when attempting to access Microsoft Teams, they see the following message:

Sign in to Microsoft 365 as a Global Administrator user.
Select Admin, which takes you to the 'Microsoft 365 admin center'.

Under the 'Turn on Teams for users with the following licenses' section, tick the appropriate box/boxes. The available options are:
Education - Student
Education - Faculty and Staff
Click Save.
