The count of 'MIS records not matched to an RM Unify user' keeps increasing
Published Date : 21 Jan 2020   Last Updated : 04 Oct 2024   Content Ref: TEC7149442

Symptoms

Your RM Unify establishment uses MIS Sync in Link mode. As an RM Unify Super Admin user you notice that the count of 'MIS records not matched to an RM Unify user' increases unexpectedly. This happens despite, for example, the count being reduced to zero, by marking all the MIS records with 'Has no RM Unify account'.

Cause

If you use Groupcall Xporter to sync from your MIS to RM Unify, your installation will be configured to extract MIS records (users) with an 'on roll' date in the future. Typically these users will not yet have had a network account or RM Unify account created.

Procedure

You can either leave these records until their RM Unify accounts have been created, and so can be linked to them, or you can mark them 'Has no RM Unify account'.
