The RM Schoolboard app in the App Library is only used to install the application to the Teaching Staff role in RM Unify and to authorise (the app developers) Skolbordet access to set up and configure your establishment's RM Schoolboard site. This app should not be added to Launch Pads.

When you are ready to provide users with access to your RM Schoolboard site, create a new establishment tile which points to your own RM Schoolboard URL and add the establishment tile to user Launch Pads.

A summary of the setup steps is available from the Support Information section of the RM Schoolboard app.

1. Log on to RM Unify as a super admin user.
2. Click App Library.
3. In Search, type RM Schoolboard.
4. The RM Schoolboard app tile should display a status of 'Install'.
5. Click the RM Schoolboard tile.
6. Click Install.
7. Confirm that the role of Teaching Staff is ticked and all other roles remain cleared.
8. Click the cross (x) to close the window.

1. From the RM Unify App Library, click Add Tile.
2. In Title, add a suitable title for your tile.
3. In Address, type the following URL: https://schoolboard.uk.
4. Upload an image or generate a thumbnail to create your desired tile image.
5. In Subtitle and Description, add text as desired.
6. Click OK.
7. In Roles, select the roles who should see the establishment tile.
8. In Launch Pads, select the Launch Pads you want to deploy the establishment tile to. The tile will now be visible on the selected Launch Pads.
9. In the RM Unify App Library, you now have two RM Schoolboard-related tiles, as shown in the image below:
   • An RM Schoolboard establishment tile with a status of 'Manage'.
   • The RM Schoolboard app tile with a status of 'Install'.
