Requirements

As well as the standard requirement for all https traffic to be allowed to/from the network, the following table displays the sites in use within RM Unify:

*.rmunify.com

Used for RM Unify content.

*.rm.com

Used for blogs and support articles.

www.google-analytics.com

Used to monitor end user experience.

https://rmunifylive01netagent.blob.core.windows.net

Used for RM Unify Network Provisioning.

Twitter and YouTube channel

Used for linking to the RM Twitter and YouTube content. You may choose to keep these blocked.

Allowing Microsoft 365 app access while blocking web access

In special circumstances, you may wish to block Internet access using third-party software (e.g. Netsupport School software, during a student exam). However, as authentication to Microsoft 365 apps (while federated to RM Unify) requires Internet access, the following URL may need to be added to your whitelist:

enterpriseregistration.windows.net
