Explains how to remove an unwanted tile from the RM Unify Shared Launch Pad.
Symptoms
You have an unwanted tile/app (e.g. OUP Oxford Owl) installed to your RM Unify Shared Launch Pad but cannot remove it as it does not appear in the RM Unify App Library.
Requirements
A user with Launch Pad or Super Admin rights to RM Unify.
Procedure
Log on to RM Unify a user with Launch Pad or Super Admin rights.
Select Shared Launch Pad.
Click Edit Launch Pads (bottom-right to the left of the words RM Unify).
Select the Shared Launch Pad that contains the unwanted tile/app, e.g. Non Teaching Staff.
Click X (top-right of the tile) to close.
Click Save Changes.
Repeat steps 4 - 6 to update any other Shared Launch Pads.
