Requirements
Many of our software products and updates are now delivered electronically to your My Account area of www.rm.com. If you have purchased a product (or are otherwise entitled to it), please look out for it in your My Account area.
If you are not sure whether you have the required licences to be eligible for a product or update then please contact your Sales Account Manager.
Procedure
How to obtain software from My Account
When a software product is delivered through the My Account area in www.rm.com, follow these steps to get it:
Scroll to the bottom of the home page and under the Customers heading, click the 'Log into your RM Account' link.
Under the My Orders heading, click the Product Downloads link.
Enter your logon credentials
Click the Software Downloads link.
In the Downloads table, look for a single zip file named for the product (for example, OneDriveMapper_for_CC4.5.zip for the RM OneDrive Mapper release).
Click the disk icon at the end of the row. A Product Download window is displayed and after a few seconds the download should begin. If it does not, look for a security banner at the top of the window; if this banner is present, click it and choose Download File.
Click Save.
In the Save As window, browse to a convenient network share on your computer and click Save.
Extract the contents of the zip file to a convenient location.
The zip file contains the software and documentation. Open the Start Here document first and follow the instructions from there to install your product.
If a new product is released and you are expecting to find it in your My Account area, but it doesn't appear to be there then please contact your Sales Account Manager.
