| There is no movement possible, up and down on your RM One. |
RM One V3 height adjust lock
|
| The RM One V3 is fitted with a height adjust lock. If this is engaged, it will be impossible to move the screen vertically. |
The height adjust lock is operated using a 3mm Hex security screwdriver. The lock is located on the right-hand side of the system, behind the monitor.
- Insert the security screwdriver into the socket.
- Push in and rotate 90 degrees anti-clockwise to release the lock.
To engage the lock again, insert the security screwdriver into the socket, push in and rotate 90 degrees clockwise. |
| Once the lock has been released, check whether you are able to adjust the height of the RM One. |
