How to use the RM One V3 height adjust lock

Symptoms

Hinge movement problems
There is no movement possible, up and down on your RM One.


Cause

RM One V3 height adjust lock
The RM One V3 is fitted with a height adjust lock. If this is engaged, it will be impossible to move the screen vertically.


Requirements

Tools
  • Security screw driver


Procedure

Operating instructions

The height adjust lock is operated using a 3mm Hex security screwdriver. The lock is located on the right-hand side of the system, behind the monitor.

  1. Insert the security screwdriver into the socket.
  2. Push in and rotate 90 degrees anti-clockwise to release the lock.

To engage the lock again, insert the security screwdriver into the socket, push in and rotate 90 degrees clockwise.

Checks

Once the lock has been released, check whether you are able to adjust the height of the RM One.
