The pack sheet was included in each box shipped from RM but has been discontinued in order to be more environmentally friendly. Starting from around June 2008, information that was previously contained on the pack sheet is now available online by viewing the RMEquipment log file:
- The RMEquipment file for each desktop/notebook contains the Ethernet address and also the dispatch items list.
- All MAC addresses from a Work Order (eg WO123456xx) will be added to the RMEquip log of the first (xxxxxx01) work order in each order (eg WO12345601 will contain a list of all MAC addresse for all systems with a serial number beginning with WO123456).
The RMEquip log file can be found on each notebook or PC hard disk at C:\. You can also access an online version of this information by visiting www.rm.com/support and entering in the first serial number of any batch of computers (WOxxxxxx01). Then click on the RM Equipment log file link. At the bottom of this list you will see listed all MAC addresses of all the system within the same Work Order (serial number that has identical first 6 numbers).
