RM Support Live Chat
Published Date : 27 Feb 2013   Last Updated : 04 Oct 2024   Content Ref: NWS3156087

Live Chat is another way for you to get help from your RM Support team. It's available free to network support contract holders and gives you the opportunity to quickly access a second line engineer at any point during service hours.

You can discuss an issue or an open support call, log a new support call or just ask for some advice. It really couldn't be simpler to get quick access to us when you need to.

Of course, you can still use our online support and telephone call logging services, or a combination of all three! The choice is yours.

How do I do it?

If you have a current network support contract, log on to our Support homepage and you'll see the Live Chat button.
