Support for Epson products including:

  • Inkjet printers
  • Laser printers
  • Scanners
  • Projectors

Support for these products is provided by the manufacturer. Printers and scanners generally get one year's warranty, often Return to Base, although there are exceptions.

A summary of projector warranty:

  • Any model identified as a "+" model gets three years warranty on the unit, 90 days warranty on the lamp and a free spare lamp (which also gets 90 days coverage).
  • Any model with an "e" suffix gets three years warranty on the hardware unit and the lamp with no limit on how many lamps are replaced. 
  • Any model with a "b" suffix also gets three years warranty on the hardware unit and the lamp with no limit on how many lamps are replaced.  
  • Any model with a "LU" suffix gets three years coverage on the hardware unit and the lamp, but with only one lamp exchange within those three years.
