What's the process?
If you have an issue with D-Link hardware, you need to contact D-Link Technical Support to raise a case. You should have the serial number of the item to hand.
On contacting D-Link Technical Support, you will be given a reference number and may be asked to carry out some diagnostics. If D-Link decide that the hardware should be returned, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase.
