Support and warranty process for Isis trolleys

Support for Isis trolleys is provided by the manufacturer. Should you require assistance or advice, please contact them directly using the telephone number provided.

Service level:

  • Ten year standard warranty for non moving parts.
  • Five year standard warranty for moving parts like hinges, castors, cranks and other mechanisms.
  • Two year standard warranty for electrical items.

Note: Standard warranty was introduced in 2011 and does not necessarily apply to products purchased before that date. Isis will advise regarding this.

Please have the following information ready before calling:

  • RM order number.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Product details.
  • Fault description.
