Support for CTOUCH interactive display, motorised wall mount and motorised trolley is provided by the manufacturer. Should you require assistance or advice, please contact them directly using the telephone number provided.

Service level

  • Next business day onsite if logged before 4 pm.
  • Deinstall and reinstall with loan unit (once original has been repaired it will be reinstalled and loan unit removed).
    Note: DOA (Dead on Arrival) units are treated as faulty with above process applied.

  • RM order number (purchase order number).
  • Fault overview.
  • Full address.
