Support for all TTS products: Faulty TTS items

If you have purchased a TTS product from RM and the item is faulty, please contact RM Order Co-ordination. You will need to provide:

  • Your RM account number or school postcode.
  • Your RM order number.
  • Date on which the item is received.
  • Full details of the fault.

You will be required to obtain a returns number from RM Order Co-ordination and return the faulty item. A replacement product will then be sent to you.
