RM miniBus support line

The RM miniBus has a one-year return to base warranty. If you experience a fault with your RM miniBus or would like to buy replacement keys for the RM miniBus, please contact Compucharge directly. Compucharge support can be contacted using the following channels:

RM returns policy for RM miniBus

If you have recently delivered items you would like to return to RM, please use our online returns process to request the return. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, at your own expense, in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Depending on the circumstances of the return, the return of goods may be at your own expense.

Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged, defective, the incorrect item has been sent.

Note: In the event of RM sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to RM within 28 days of receiving the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 28 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 28 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
