How do I log a call with RM Support?

RM Support is available Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00 (excluding bank holidays) though you can raise a support call with us online anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Log a call online

Using our Support Online service you can raise your call with us at any time convenient to you. We aim to respond during the working day within four hours. Our online call logging system is tailored to your establishment so you will need to log in. (If you have not yet registered with RM then please see 'How do I get a username and password?' below).

1. Click on the LOG A SUPPORT CALL link at www.rm.com/support
2. Click on the 'Log a Call' link on the right-hand side.

Customers with a network support contract can use our Live Chat service to chat with an RM Support engineer. Click here for details.

How do I get a username and password?

  1. Browse to www.rm.com and register.
