I receive an error telling me that I need the 'log call' access right. How do I get the access right?

The 'log call' access right is assigned to customers with a valid support contract. Please check My Account to check you have a contract that entitles you to log calls with RM Support. Once confirmed, please email customerprofiles@rm.com with your customer ID so they can investigate why the access right is missing and resolve the issue.
